Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup - sugar
- 1/2 cup - butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups - cake flour
- 1/2 teaspoon - baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon - baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon - salt
- 1 cup - mashed bananas
- 1 teaspoon - vanilla
- 1/2 cup - sour cream
Directions
- Cream together sugar and butter, until light and creamy.
- Add eggs 1 at a time.
- Sift together flour baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Mix together bananas, vanilla and sour cream.
- Alternately add flour and banana mixture to the butter mixture.
- Beat until smooth.
- Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes.
